These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Little Lulu’s Designs website and the services offered by the business.

By using this website or booking services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Little Lulu’s Designs provides custom artistic services including, but not limited to:

  • Custom signage
  • Live event paintings
  • Personalized favors

Services are available for:

  • Weddings
  • Bridal showers
  • Anniversaries

Little Lulu’s Designs does not accept bookings for birthday or holiday events.

2. Booking & Payment

To secure services:

  1. A signed contract is required.
  2. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
  3. Remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the client contract.

Dates are not reserved until both the signed agreement and retainer payment are received.

3. Custom Artwork

All designs created by Little Lulu’s Designs are original works.

Clients will receive digital proofs when applicable. Production begins once designs are approved.

Minor revisions may be included depending on the project. Extensive revisions may incur additional fees.

4. Event Artwork

For live event painting services:

  • Artwork may be completed partially on-site and finished after the event if necessary.
  • Final artwork delivery timelines vary depending on complexity.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, and designs remain the intellectual property of Little Lulu’s Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Little Lulu’s Designs reserves the right to:

  • Photograph completed work
  • Use images of artwork for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details
  • Approve proofs in a timely manner
  • Ensure venue access for installation or live painting services if required

Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.

7. Cancellations

Because services involve custom work and reserved dates:

  • Retainers are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Work already completed may still be billed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Little Lulu’s Designs is not responsible for:

  • Venue restrictions that limit installation or painting
  • Delays caused by weather, venue staff, or third parties
  • Minor variations inherent to handmade artwork

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, artwork, text, and branding, is the property of Little Lulu’s Designs and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
